Heather Rider Hammond and David A. Boyd obtained summary judgment in favor of a Fortune 500 company completely resolving a series of claims arising out of a loan agreement. After reviewing competing motions for summary judgment, the Court granted the motion filed by Gravel & Shea in its entirety and dismissed with prejudice all of the claims against Gravel & Shea’s client.
